Terms of Service

1. Services

ReadyMate4U may provide website design, development, digital setup, website care, SEO and content support, e-commerce, redesigns, and other agreed digital services.

2. Project Scope

Each project will be based on an agreed scope. Work outside that scope may require additional time and fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, brand assets, approvals, and timely feedback required for the project.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated in the project proposal or agreement. Work may depend on required deposits or milestone payments.

5. Revisions

Included revisions depend on the selected package or agreed project scope. Additional revisions or changes may be quoted separately.

6. Delays

Project timelines may change because of delayed content, feedback, third-party services, technical issues, or scope changes.

7. Third-Party Services

Domains, hosting, payment processors, plugins, APIs, fonts, software, and other third-party services may have separate costs and terms.

8. Domain and Hosting

Ownership and renewal responsibility for domains and hosting will be specified in the relevant project agreement.

9. Website Launch

Launch occurs after agreed project requirements are completed and the client provides approval where required.

10. Website Care

Ongoing Website Care is a separate service unless specifically included in a project agreement.

11. SEO

SEO and content services do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or other business outcomes.

12. Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of website content, client assets, third-party materials, and custom work should be defined in the applicable project agreement.

13. Cancellation

Cancellation terms, refunds, and payments for completed work should be addressed in the project agreement.

14. Changes

These terms may be updated as the business and services evolve.
